The IMI Mixed Mode Taskforce will be organising some global consultation events for mediators worldwide that will be taking place (in English) as follows:

• between 17h00-21h00 CEST on September 13th and Sep. 14th and
• between 09h00-15h30 CEST on Sep. 15th.

September 13th 2021 (“Western Edition: Part 1”)

• 17h00-17h30 CEST: Brief Intro to the IMI Mixed Mode Taskforce and its work

• 17h30-18h15 CEST: Working Group 1: Upstream conflict management processes (e.g., dispute resolution clauses including tiered/stepped processes) (Co-Chairs: K. Paisley (BE) and J. Player (GB))

• 18h30-19h15 CEST: Working Group 2: Neutrals facilitating tailored process design (evaluative and non-evaluative) (Co-Chairs: L. Kaster (US) & J. Lack (CH))
