The Regional Group Berne and B2B Mediation Practice Group of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation are pleased to welcome Mr. Lee Jay Berman as a guest speaker live from California. The conversation will be held in hybrid format (and in English) from the Berner Fachhochschule at Hallerstrasse 8 in the center of Berne.
Lee Jay is a full-time commercial mediator and intends to cover:
- The institutionalization of mediation
- His path to become the successful mediator he is today and what keeps his flame burning
- How the use of mediation could be broadened
Don’t hesitate to prepare questions so we can have a lively discussion on 29 November 2023.
The open discussion is set to last 75 minutes and will be followed by a « Mediations-Apéro » for those registered and present at BFH.
